Biserica Sfântul Gheorghe

St. George's Church, also known as the clock church, is an architectural monument built during the Turkish rule. His style incorporates various elements specific to oriental art. Since its debut, the crescent-shaped ornament placed at the base of the crucifix on the roof has been interpreted as a symbol of "Christian victory over Mohammedanism".
